Are you in a Life Group?

Life Groups are small groups of girls or guys that meet weekly to share life together and study the Bible. Each Life Group is led by a student on various days and locations throughout campus. Find the one that works you.

Today is the first day of the Fall semester 2011! Check out what Chi Alpha has planned on campus this week:

- Wednesday and Thursday @ 9am – Passing out water in front of the Union

- Thursday @ 5pm – Back to School Bash in the field next to the Library

- Friday @ 7pm – International Night @ Dr. Raj’s (meet in front of the Union on the wood at 6:30 if you need a ride)

Mardi Gras Outreach

What are you doing for your Mardi Gras break? Want to do something fun, different, and grow in your faith? Then you need to talk to Carly or Cecil about Mardi Gras Outreach. We will each be leading a team of students to a university in Alabama and Texas to serve the Chi Alpha there and practice sharing our faith. Don’t miss out!

Tomorrow is the last day to turn in your application to be a part of a Mardi Gras Outreach team this year. Come by the office to fill yours out, or you can print it out here. Either way, make sure it gets in the hands of Carly or Cecil by tomorrow!

Day of Prayer

Today is Day of Prayer where our focus is to pray for our campus. Come by the Chi Alpha Office (South Babington Hall Room 107) to sign up for a location to pray. Don’t let the threat of rain stop you from praying for Nicholls. Pray for your dorm, professors, classmates, administrators, friends. If you need a sample outline for how to spend your time in prayer, check this out.
